REDA Oilfield, a leading supplier of oilfield chemicals and associated services to the oil and gas industry announces today the purchase of Performance Chemicals Inc, based in Calgary, Canada. The acquisition expands the REDA Oilfield network into North America to complement its growing activities in Europe, North Africa, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

We believe that REDA Oilfield is very well positioned to maximise the potential of this business” stated Dean Pederson, President of Performance Chemicals Inc, which will be renamed REDA Oilfield Canada Ltd in early 2015.
