REDA Oilfield Awarded with ISO 14001:2004 Certificate

REDA Oilfield is pleased to announce their UK facility in Aberdeen has passed its recent series of compliance audits culminating in a 2 day surveillance/assessment visit by SGS and has now received its ISO 14001:2004 certification.

The scope of activities covered by the certificate is the supply of speciality oilfield chemicals and associated services.Christina Anthony, QHSE Technical Assistant, pictured below commented “This is another significant and important milestone achievement for the Organisation and continues to support our growth and development. Using ISO 14001:2004 will provide assurance to external stakeholders, customers, regulators and the public that environmental impact is being measured and improved by REDA Oilfield. One area of particular significance is the importance placed on the development of environmentally friendly oilfield chemicals for use in the offshore North Sea, with one of the highest ratios of environmentally acceptable product on the OCNS listing for a production chemical supplier. Further benefits of our use of ISO 14001:2004 include Management and control of environmental risks, improved management of waste and waste streams and reduction in consumption of energy and materials”
