Pakistan celebrates their 71st independence day by starting with patriotic gun salutes and fireworks by the strike of 12 midnight. In the morning, the Pakistan flag was then hoisted while the National Anthem is being played and sang. Festivities, ceremonies and parades are being held throughout the country to honor this memorable day.
