During 2022, REDA has fostered even more its continuous investment in learning and development activities across all branches. A new series of training started with an online and in-person training held by REDA Chemicals Regional Director Faisal Izhar. The session worked as a recap of some of the best practices in sales and introduced our sustainable and innovative approach to our new colleagues.
REDA Chemicals has devoted substantial resources to creating personalized training courses to better represent its commitment to our peers and to the environment. Learning is and will always be a key part of what we do!
Today, we believe that continual investment in learning is necessary to represent our customers and partners in a highly-professional manner.
