With the aim of serving the Latin American Oil & Gas market, REDA Energy opens a branch in Brazil, headquartered in the city of São Paulo.
The Latin American region presents significant challenges in the Oil & Gas sector, ranging from offshore operations in Brazil to shale development in Argentina, and the exploration of new reserves in the equatorial margin, including areas such as Guyana and Suriname.
Addressing these challenges, REDA Energy, staffed with a team of experienced professionals in the Latin American market, is prepared to support all operators in overcoming future challenges in achieving sustainable Oil & Gas production, and developments in renewable energies.
REDA Energy Director, Gordon Moir added: “Our expansion into Latin America comes at a time of growth for our Energy Division and is one of a number of exciting initiatives being developed as part of our strategical growth.
“The Latin American region will be led by Carlos Tooge and Douglas De Carlo who have a combined experience of over 50 years in chemicals for the energy industries.”
